With extreme caution!! I am presuming this is the same lady as in your other question? The ONLY way to proceed is to cultivate good neighbourly relationship which no-one (not even your landlord) could object to. Then a month or two down the line discreetly move things to a more personal footing, and from there to romantic. Any overt gestures will be extremely negative, take a softly, softly approach.

Is the Landlord your friend? do you pay your rent on time? Are you a trouble tenant? How long did the Landlord and said lady friend go out? These are questions you might seriously ponder before proceeding with EXTREME caution.

Discover how to get your ex back with simple text message: https://tr.im/Pl0eK

Many girls break up with their significant others, is because they need time to figure things out. Don't take it personally, if you want her back, you have to show her you can help her. If you love her then you'll let her go, that's it. Not everybody who you date in high school you end up staying with, the chances are extremely unlikely. So if she doesn't want to, then you need to let her go.

Easy and if you know she likes you it is about the time to introduce yourself to her. Say something like you are her neighbor and ask her out for a cup of coffee. Then you just act normal and spend a short quiet time with her. After that let every thing flies and you know the rest of the story. wow? come back and tell all.

Talk to her first and if she wants to see you, tell her you'll have to move from his property.

It's a bad, bad idea to see somebody when their ex or even somebody else who is attracted to them has access to your property, private space, food, personal information, ID, credit cards etc.

Don't take risks, your landlord may well react badly and might seek revenge on you. Don't give him the opportunity.

If you are not friends with your landlord, don't worry about it. However, if you are friends with your landlord, then you should make sure that he doesn't have any feelings for her. You want to avoid as many awkward situations as possible.

Unless you are best friends with your landlord ask her out for a drink. I don't see that there should be any problem

Depends if he still fancy his chances of them getting back together. You may have to move next door. I think you should speak to him first maybe drop a few hints that you like her. He may be perfectly ok about it and you have nothing to worry about.

I'd caution you against playing "hide the weasel" until you have another place lined up to rent...
