I'm just guessing that was said by Hugo Chavez who is betting solely on oil profits to keep his popularity. I hope oil prices tank so we can see him strung up by his feet and hit with sticks like the bloated pinata that he is!
Oh, Hillary Clinton! Same thing. Mr A bush dude...your stats are misleading. Most stocks are held by mutual fund companies. I think you are referring to private stock holdings.
