I have been married for 7 years and sex is the same thing over and over. Is there any way to spice it up?

Get an open dialogue going with your spouse. Share your fantacies and discuss possibilities. Make love in a different room in your house or go on a weekend date and stay at a hotel.

My husband and I went through this too. We finally talked about it and both of us felt the same way. Now we surprise each other with a new idea every now and then and it keeps things fun and interesting.

Get a copy of the Kama Sutra. Every bookstore has a copy or two hanging around. Each night randomly flip and choose a page without looking at what is on it. That is your position for the night. Same are great and others are laughable but it will help you accomplish one thing ... new found freedom in the bedroom.

Valentine's Day would be a great way to introduce this book. Also, VERY IMPORTANT, don't make the mistake of telling your spouse that sex is "same old, same old". This sounds like your complaining and not enjoying what you already have. Let the book be a tool to get BOTH OF YOU what you want out of your time on bed. Most importantly keep the sex loving and caring. The rest is just pretty paper on an already beautiful gift.

I don't know if you are male or female but I guess it doesn't really matter. Some of this will depend on your inhibitions, and those of your partner, but you can try anything that is acceptable to the both of you. Use your imagination and try it in different rooms, in the car (in the garage hopefully), on the kitchen table, in the shower... Slip a blindfold on him or her and a pair of headphones with their favorite music and then go on an "expedition". And remember, there are few things more enticing than something nice from Victoria's Secret.
And "play" during the day, a pat here and there when it's convenient, a whispered comment after breakfast, flowers delivered at her office, a surprise gift of lingerie. A friend mentioned a series of enticing sticky notes posted around the house to greet him or her when they get home. Make that a treasure hunt with you as the prize. All sorts of things will break the monotony.

A good back massage or foot massage helps if both partners participate as long as the other partner is willing. You need to consider where each other is at. have you ever heard of a thing called 7th year itch? That's what you have right now. It's very common. Try getting a sex book for your spouse to read, no pressure just give it as a gift and then after they have had time to read it, ask if there was anything in there that interested them.

I think Porno is definitely the wrong way to go. Communication is key and bottling up the fact that you are getting bored is a very bad thing. Just don't present it to your spouse that is going to make them feel like they aren't any good or like you are being a critic. It has to be done very tactfully.

Honey I feel for you! The only way to spice your love life up is to either have an affair, do drugs before you get into bed with him or marry someone else! Have you ever thought that it might not be you? It might be him and the fact that you're sick of him! Been there, done that! And now girlfriend I have the man that I've always wanted. He's hung like a horse, knows what to do with it along with some other things and......he's gorgeous! Great job of 15 years and he's 13 years my junior! I'm loving it! And he's my next door neighbor. Not married and can't keep away from me. He calls me every day on the job or constantly texting me. So you might need to get a new man because the one you have might be worn out! Oh Yeah It is!!!!! Get something sexy to wear and if you get home before he does....Cook dinner in your sexy outfit (so if he comes home early you are already earing it) then when he comes home stand near the dining room table and tell him to come over then strip him down and yall DO IT on the table...ummmm it's great!!!

If you are too shy for that than spice up the moves during bed.....switch it up on him.....they always say a mans favoirte position is doggie style...I learned something new a mans favorite position is doggie style backwards...Instead of you being on your knees tell him to lay flat on his back and then do it doggie style

Ummmmmm, do you want me to write you a book? There are all sorts of ways to spice your sex life up, not that I ever found it needed that, I can't get enough of my husband. But, one way is role play. The girl dresses up as a maid, a nurse or something like that, one of the things that men dream about! lol When I do that, we have a wild time.
