You mean when HBK does it, it's called Sweet Chin Music. The move is called a super kick. It's like the Fisherman's suplex. When Mr Perfect did it, it was called the Perfectplex. The MasterLock is just a full nelson.

When Shaun Michael's was wrestling in the American Wrestling Association with Marty Janeatty (sp?) his then finishing maneuver was referred to as a "Super Kick". This is named for, I believe, a martial arts move in which a smaller individual can briefly incapacitate a larger foe by kicking higher than his own body height (hence the name super kick). Shaun Michael's made the reference to "Sweet Chin Music" shortly after signing an individual contract with the then WWF to infer what would be waiting any who wrestled him.

It's the technical name for the move, it has been for years, in fact until recently (as in the past couple of years) that's all that it was called. It's just going back to the old school.
