Other catagories for pitchers are Complete Games, Shutouts, Holds and Quality Starts.

For 7 x 7 rotisserie league I would use :
Win, Loss, ERA, Saves, Hold, WHIP, K for the pitchers
BA, RBI, Runs, HR, SB, OBS, K for the hitters
There are several other categories you could also choose if you do not like one of these : Singles, Doubles, Triples for the batters and hit batsmen, starts, balks, complete game for pitchers
