You also need to prepare some questions to ask them, this is really important. Things like:
What’s the culture of the organisation like?
What are the organisation’s plans for the next five years?
What are the best things about working here?
How do you see my career progressing if I worked here?
How do you encourage additional learning?
Do you have any reservations about my interview today that you’d like me to clear up now?
What is the process after today?

The one that I hate the most is "What is one of your weaknesses?" or "biggest weakness" or the like...
Other questions are Why are you leaving your current job?
