You stay together, how can you split up up over a football team.
Love should be stronger than anything.

I have always supported Chelsea there the best:D but if I was you I'd support Everton. You will et called a glory hunter if you support Chelsea and I personally don't like Norwich but Everton are a good respectable team it's only a matter of time before they win something and you can say you supported them before they got any trophys. Everton have alot to win we're as Chelsea have already won it all.

I think it depends on the teams, Like you couldn't be a Bears and Packers couple or Cheifs and Denver. Teams like that would be tough to have a relationship, but if you're like Cowboys and Jets for example I don't see a reason why the relationship couldn't work. Mostly I think it depends on the teams. But it could be fun to have a rivalry like that especially if your team wins!! you could make some good bets on the games, loser has to cook dinner for a week, do the laundry, sleep in a nightshirt of the opposing team. Could be lots of fun!!

If you can split up over a football team then you don't have much going for you anyway.

If this is causing problems then how on earth would you both cope with a real problem

if you can split over a football team i would firstly reconsider "love" as love shouls concour all!!!! you should see your differences in football team something to debate over and have fun with not split over. football may be inportant to you but not in the overall picture!!! remember its only a game at the end of the day! x x

Vive la difference!

As rivals, you will always have something fun to debate about. Arguing about sports is a harmless way of competing with each other. How boring would it be if we all liked the same teams. Embrace it.

Well if you have split just because you support different football teams it suggests your relationship was a bit crap anyway

If football causes you to split,I'd say your relationship was very fragile in the first place.

Well, my husband is a Packers fan, and I'm a Broncos fan. We're doing ok. This year for the Superbowl, he's going for the Bears, I'm cheering for the Colts. We have fun with it, and when the game's over, we'll have our own fun.
