most countries were founded by war so if the answer is yes then civilization will end.
there will however always be war because it's impossible to create a globally uniform society where peoples beliefs can co-exist, because someone always thinks their idea is better and the people must live by it.
but all thats a good thing because the only realistic way to make everyone get along with the same beliefs is to make them, like a dictator or a police state where you're forced into a certain way of living for fear of death.

Not necessarily. It depends in part, however, on what you mean by "sustained by war." If a country is "sustained by war," this indicates that it is in a constant state of war. By definition it would end in war.
Also, it is statistically unlikely that any country, sustained or not sustained by war, would "end" without a war. What other options are there for a country to cease to be? Mutual absorption into another nation is about the only option, and that is a very rare phenomenon.
However, just because a country is created through warfare and intitially has to fight to survive, it does not necessarily have to stay in the state of war. Modern Germany and Japan are great examples. Also, many countries have undergone cultural and political revolutions that ultimately resulted in peace.
So generally speaking, your statement makes a good point, but practically speaking it is a generalization and a bit ambiguous. You can apply it to pretty much any country and find examples that support and counter it.

Unless the people/government come to their senses and put to a stop to it, it will definitely end in war.

Well, live by the sword, die by the sword. But countries can be changed for the better if their leaders change for the better.
God bless.
