I believe that most girls\women know that they have more facial or body hairs. I believe that that it's her decision because it's her body. In the United States in America some people look at appearance and not what's in a person's heart. I believe that beauty comes from your heart and not your amount of body hair. I have dated a few girls\women with more body hair and it did not bother me. Some reasons that girls have more body hair then other girls is family genes, health issues, medicines you are taken, thyroid issues, higher levels of testosterone inside their blood stream, Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, or are a healthy young lady. I would be a confidant beauty lady and you will do well in life. I hope this is helpful. Thank you, Russell

Well are you asking how to tell her to shave without hurting her feelings? What does it matter to you how you tell her, obviously it bugs you to see a mustashed face woman; and you feel it is your obligation to tell her to shave. Sounds like you have made up your mind, she does not fit into your mold of an attractive woman, and you can change her? I think it's really none of your business, just keep your mouth shut, and let the woman be hairy!

hmmmm, the better question is why you're so insecure and meddlesome. your coworkers facial hair is of no concern to you. if she's secure in her beauty and she's happy with it leave her alone. maybe you should worry about the size of your nose, since you're sticking it in her business.

OH man! I have the same argument with my friend. Sometimes I catch her twirling her 3 chin hairs absentmindedly- EW! Hell! I even offered to tweeze it out for her! She refused for fear of pain. This girl who's beaten up guys.

Our other mutual friend tricked her into getting a professional eyebrow plucking. It worked but they freaking left the goat hairs on her chin. ;-(

Pretend a client just commented on it and act like you're in shock? From the ensuing conversation you might be able to drop a hint that a friend of a friend went to a beautician and had them bleached/peroxided/waxed off/chemicalled off/lasered off/whatever...

Otherwise, its up to her. Facial hair is one's own to deal with and its our own (genetic) heritage.

That's gross.... I knew a girl who had one and she said it ran in her family.... ask her how does she take care of it and ask her if she waxes it .... and hint around to maybe she could try that to keep it trimmed but then again maybe she's to cheap to keep shaving it b/c it will keep growing back anyway...(lol)

Well how would you react if somebody told you the same? Plus it depends on how good of friends you are with your co-worker.....If you are on shaky grounds, I wouldn't if I were you.....She may take it really personal and you can offend her.
