Yes! Many women keep running up until they're due!

It's very normal, and very healthy. Of course, don't run marathons, but jogging and light running is fine.

Congratulations!

If you have the energy, by all means run, Forrest, run! In your later months, you probably won't feel like running, and you shoud restrict yourself to low impact exercise by then. Just ask your doctor if you can run to make sure it is safe for your particular pregnancy.

yes, if you ran before you were pregnant, then by all means keep it up. but if you didn't, then please dont just start now, walk for exercise.

dont over do it though, take breaks when your body lets you know when you need to stop. also dont get too hot, it is not good for the baby for you to get hot.

yes! Its great to run when you are pregnant. That is, unless your doctor says not to for some reason.
