No but if you would even consider a divorce over something like that then you are just looking for an excuse to get out. Find out what the real problem is and talk about it. No reason why the kids shouldnt be included!

It's just a game!
Yeah, I said it.
Let your kids enjoy the sport too so they can grow up remembering Superbowl Sunday as a great family day.
Don't be selfish. Kids matter. Games don't.

no...so the game was more important then your family you are saying? so if you were watching the game and one of your kids got into a car accident, or your wife got into a car accident, you would just ignore it and continue watching the game? who bought the tv? so if you bought does it mean you should hog it? what if your wife stayed home to take care of the house while you work and make the money.....so if you pay for it..is it all yours? im not trying to get on your case....just wanna point out that the game isnt the most important thing in the world....

Just,
If there is a problem with the kids interfering with the game then perhaps you should consider going to a super bowl party where there will be no kids. After all the super bowl only happens once a year.

Tell the kids to tip over the television, that would be grounds for divorce.
