I am mainly interested in central or southern FL. I also have 3 daughters, so I need an area that is good for raising a family where the cost of living is not too high.

LOL! South Florida (below lake okeechobee) is VERY expensive and the schools are HORRIBLE!!! I would never send my kids even to their so-called "A" schools!
