The Full Moon doesn't have any effects on people, only the ocean. The strongest effect it has is typhoons(aka hurricanes), in which is very dangerous to all humans and the last effect it has is its beauty which draws people to it. But the Full Moon is very beautiful itself. Sometimes you see people say "Oooh look its,the full moon.", "Wow. It is so pretty.", " Full Moon, PARTY." it may seem that they're drawn to it by its "magic" but the full Moon doesn't have any magic, they're just charmed by its beauty. Don't get fooled by that H2O Just Add Water show. And I'm staring out the window all night instead of doing homework because I am drawn to the full moon. Kinda getting SUPERCREEPY now. Aw,come on! Girl, snap out of it! It's just make believe! Sorry guys. Just needed to cool down a little. I mean this is all magic! Ya'll know.

Spells casts during the Full Moon are used specifically to draw something closer to you.
Spells casts during the Waning Moon (when the moon becomes smaller in the sky) is for you wanting something to go away from you (like losing weight, quitting smoking, etc.).

all depends on the spell, there are some spells that work better 'n another moon phases (money spell for example)
but love and protection spells are better on full moon

Love spell
You need:
A pink candle
a Pen
a piece of paper.
Write your name on the candle with the pen. Lick your thumb and wipe it over your name to seal your intent.
Make a list of the qualities you want in a perfect mate.
Light the candle and place the list under your candle.

any spell is perfect for the full moon rite.i always do the full moon rite first and than afterwards do the spell on whatever i need done and than it is done.
