I have had both my face and my stomach done in under 30 minutes. It really should not take a long time. I go to my dermatologist office on their special laser day. they have the entire day booked with only laser procedures.

Generally, most body parts require several treatments before permanent hair removal is achieved.
Laser hair removal generally works best on fair skinned people with dark hair. Sometimes the hair can start growing again after 12-18 months. Ask your laser salon/clinic about any guarantee they provide.
There are also home laser hair removal kits you can buy like the Rio. It uses a safe 808nm diverging diode laser and works in much the same way as a more expensive salon laser machine.
