What movies have depicted torture or death by burying someone up their necks, so that only the head is above ground. Then honey, or some sweet thing was placed on or around the head so that insects would bite and/or eat their head? I'm thinking of trying this on my boss and want to study up on it.

Whats there to study?
Bury him up to his neck (make sure to tamp the ground down really good so he can't wriggle free). Dump a coke or some honey on his head, and start placing ants (preferably fire ants, or some of those psychotically big ones from africa) near his head.
Sit back and enjoy. (Oh, don't forget to take pictures--you would hate to spend that much time in prison and not have any proof to show people wouldn't you??)

I think the movie was The Scorpian played by the Rock he and another guy were buried in the desert up to their necks so the fireants could eat them alive but, they got out at the last minute w/ the Rock grabbing a few w/ his teeth.

In the original Creepshow there is a story dealing with a wealthy man who kidnaps his wife and her lover and buries them up to their necks at the beach, he then proceeds to videotape and watch as the tide comes in and slowly drowns them.

I have seen that in a western, a version of it from "Dr. Phibes" and you might want to look into "Hotel Hell"
