If you wanted to accuse Bush of crimes:

(1) it would happen in the US
(2) he has immunity for most crimes
(3) it would have to happen via impeachment, which means it would take the Senate and the US House of Reps....and then only for "High crimes and misdemeanors" (spelling, yes, I know).

Unfortunately, being a jackass doesn't qualify.

Please provide details of what crimes he committed. Links to credible facts would be best (and not any liberal propaganda web site).

In order for him to be tried for any crimes he may have committed, he would first have to be impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives. If they pass the articles of impeachment (takes a simple majority), then he will stand trial in the Senate. If 2/3 of the Senate vote to convict him, he is removed from office and can then stand trial in criminal court.

What crimes would those be?

The only thing I see that's criminal is the amount of people who accuse Bush of breaking the law.

Bush does not have a really gay avatar so why would he have to face war crimes?

The UN has no court, the US doesn't recognize the World Court, and he has committed no crimes to be tried here.
