If I made like 1000 dollors on ebay and got paid through to my paypal account. Will paypal report this money to IRS???

Seemingly (coz am not really sure of the facts)..
The Revenue hounds .. the starving dogs that they are would want to collect as much info & squeez people as much as they can..
to get their (or rather our!!) monies..

So by that thought, I guess if IRS comes knocking on their doors.. & they have a financial trail somehow leading up to you/ someone, then theyav had it...

You have to report all your earnings to the IRS and so does paypal

I don't think so, I made a lot of money, and never had to report it to the IRS.

I'm unsure about this. I'd try looking at their FAQ's or contact them to ask them. I do know that they charge accounts that go over a certain limit. Not sure if this covers it or not.

I highly doubt you'd have to pay taxes, unless that's part of the money that's taken out in the first place.
