Yes, but alas, not many women can do it. It's a test (how did you know about this?) that I give all my potential girlfriends.
Oh, how hard some of them try. But, a test is a test.
But back to your question. It can be done. But only with the proper motivation. And a little lubricant (I let them cheat a little with that).
