I would use Yahoo search (of course) and google. I would enter African Musician or African Music. I hope you find something. Those search engines have a whole lot of information at hand!!

If you literally mean Africans and not African Americans or the like, then I would suggest this site:

But of course it will not have ALL African musicians.

I'm not sure that I fully understand your question, but google does a really good job whenever you type in what youre looking for, just remember to narrow it down who or what youre looking for and a lot of websites will come up that will give you the answer that youre looking for

No I have never seen or heard of any such thing all you can do is go to google and search Africans who have has been a DJ for all or the bigest part of their life .
