I need to drop an egg using only straw and 2 kleenex as a container, NO Glue/tape, etc...?

i don't think your physics teacher is doing this right. You should be able to use tape. otherwise you are really only left with one option

wrap egg in kleenex, use straw to tie around.

Makes for messy and pointless experimentation.
