If i totally rock when i play Guitar Hero, could i Rock wit a real Guitar?

I totally smoked and blew through Guitar Hero 1 & 2, and could play left or right handed....is a guitar that easy to play? and should i buy one just to prove that i am truly a rock god? and posibbly the next Hendrix?

hahah right on! but the normal guitar doesnt have little colored buttons to put your fingers on. but hey, if you think you can be the next hendrix, go for it. he is a guitar god and if you think you can be that rocking, go for it. "lets rock lets rock....today"

If you can figure out a way of removing the strings from a real guitar and replacing them with buttons, and instead of plugging it into an amplifier, figure out some way of having the thing pretty much play itself while you mash the buttons, then yeah - it would be pretty easy.

Otherwise, you would need a lot of practice - but playing guitar is a lot of fun once you get some basics down. Go sell your playstation and games, and get a guitar and amp.

You might not be a guitar god, but you can at least strive to be a lesser deity. Playing games is a gaurantee that you will stay merely mortal.

No, the two have nothing in common.
However, the guitar itself is not a hard instrument to learn, unless you have no musical talent whatsoever.
I can play the guitar, but I suck at guitar hero (just like I suck at most video games).

Umm not really. It will help you with the movements a little but playing a real guitar is a little more complex than hitting a button.
