I'm wondering if I should do night stock or day stock im so confused because I don't want to deal with a lot of customers but on the otherhand I don't want to work with a bunch of old man when im only 19. Do you think other guys my age would be doing night stock?

Working nights is hard to go out and socialize with your friends. With respect, what's wrong with working with older people, and dealing with customers?
Customers are the reason that you are there. They buy stuff, and you are there to put it out on shelves or bins so that they can buy it.

Probably. You need to have the energy and strength to lift all those boxes.
And there are lots worse things than working with a bunch of old men.

just do the work and learnt from your experience
It is not too late to switch later, you need the money now. Get it
