Why would one sell his friends for small gains, while others would sacrifice their lives for people they don’t even know?

Selfishness and self-centering's is the root of a lot of people problems. May be that they had no one to show them love or how to care about another. I believe that everything that we do is taught to us by experience or listening to the one we stand the closes to. See at one point in my life I didn't care about nothing but me. As I realized through life, this is not about me but other. We all are blessed with different talents and it is finding that which u have to be able to help another. It becomes a rewarding experience for u and them. If u want to feel good help someone in need today, even if it is just a smile.

Wonderful example of current nature of human, roaming in extremes... In Truth there is no need to sell or sacrifice....Dramas which we are creating out of not knowing ourselves, and then dwell in it....
