Smart phones like windows mobile and symbian mobiles are the best. Theres not very many mobiles with sat nav built in i think the only one i've seen is a motorola. But sat nav can be added to most smart phones. But you need a gps receiver and the software to run it. You would be looking at about £150-£200 for the full kit. Thats without the price of the handset.
