No one seems to know yet--- although it seems a pretty horrific thing to be happening. It is also oily, and smells badly-- Can't be a good thing!
The people are advised against touching it, or allowing their animals to eat it. But they surely can't protect the wild animals, trees, ground water and soil.
Yet another environmental disaster in the making? bummer...

Orange snow IS NOT falling in Siberia, what
people are saying is the orange snow that is already on the ground, which is caused by bears and other wild animals urinating on the snow and the color is really yellow, not orange!!
