Given that Superman cannot be harmed by anything but kryptonite (just watch Superman Returns, where a bullet bounces of his eyeball), how can a razor cut his stubble?
Indeed, how does he get a haircut?
These sorts of ponderings stop me from getting ahead at work.

Militant - If his stubble could be cut, that would be doing harm to the stubble, as it's part of his body.

Superman looks into a mirror, and uses his Heat vision to melt hair away.
Cause using a Kryptonite razor even with Lead handles will have Superman shivering like a crack head in re-hab.

Supposedly he uses his heat vision reflected off a mirror to burn of his stubble. I would have thought that would hurt and leave a mess but it sort of makes sense. Surely he can't do the same for his hair, wouldn't it burn if his heat vision is hot enough to cut through it he would set his head on fire.
Presumably he'll have to bite his nails or something to keep them trim, now I have a great mental image of superman trying to reach his toenails.

This was covered in the original Superman comics.
Superman used his own heat vision and a mirror to cut off the hiars on his face AND on top of his head. His skin was impervious to the heat and the hair would burn off right at the skin line.

the comics have answered that question.
He saved a metal plate from his space ship, and he bent it so that it would cause his heat vision to ricochet and he stands at a mirror, aimes at the metal, and burns off his facial hair.
I'm read once that his hair didn't grow all that fast, granted this was well before Mullet superman of the 80's/90's.

A combination of heat-vision, and kryptonite razors. He keeps this pretty quiet.
Wouldn't it be great if his hair couldn't be cut, but he still had the same powers? He'd be like Captain Caveman!

Hair is composed of dead cells. Thus, they aren't a living part of Superman anymore and thus can be cut.

He scratches himself where he wants to remove hair, his finger nails are sharper and stronger than his hair, but I dont know how he keeps his fingernail so sharp.
