Because like George Bush, John Kerry is a member of the Skull and Bones, which is the recruiting grounds for those that believe in the One World Order. The first step in attaining that goal is the formation of the North American Union. The North American Union would essentially erase our borders with Mexico and Canada. If we continue to treat those that enter our country illegally and continue to not give them rights as citizens of the U.S. then we stall the NAU. In order for the NAU to go through painlessly we have to erase the borders between our three countries. As such it makes no sense to have a "comprehensive immigration policy" when people won't be immigrants anymore, at least between the U.S./Mexico/Canada. That is why John Kerry is pushing this type of legislation through.

he's just trying to get support from immigrants who have already been naturalized. and people that have come to US and worked for "five or six years" and "paid their taxes" are most likely not Undocumented Workers. there is this thing called VISA, that foreigners like me have, and this VISA allows us to stay here to go to school, work, visiting family, or just traveling. so we are very well documented workers/students/visitors. most of undocumented workers get paid in cash, so no taxes are paid. so john kerry is not talking about the undocumented workers, he's talking about the LEGAL ALIENS. oh yea, go google VISA, and you will be amazed how freaking complicated immigration law is.

Because Hispanic immigrants typically vote Democrat and by buying the votes of millions of new voters he thinks ot will guarantee Democrat control of the Executive and Congressional branches of government.

He needs the votes. If they paid THEIR taxes then that may mean they are here legally and in that case I may be OK with the idea. No path to citizenship for people who violate our laws even before becoming a legal resident.
