It was just 2 months ago during a hair cut. When the girl buzzed my temples a chunk of grey hair fell into my lap, and I shouted in dismay. I'm only 26!

I was 33 when I saw my first grey hair and I cried. And when I plucked it out, I remembered my Mom standing at the mirror, doing the same thing at that age and saying she didn't know why she bothered with plucking them out because "for every grey hair you pluck out, 2 come back in its place"........ She's 74 now.

I'm 17 now and I found a gray hair when I was 16...my first reaction was literally "Oh well". Life goes on.

I just turned 30 and have 6 kids yet I ain't found a grey hair yet~ knock on wood!

I found my first grey hair at 14, at the time I found it quite funny, I now have a bit of a Stewart Granger look going on, 'm not too bothered by grey hairs on my head. My first grey pubic hair, well, that's a different story altogether! :-)

What grey hair? I see a few blond strays when the light shines just right, but NO grey.....lol.

I was 15 years old and quite perplexed.
A teacher told me that it was not "grey" rather it had no color -- sort of like an albino hair.
I fell for that for a while -- then colored it jet black.
I've been through many colors since, latest is Burgundy.

A good laugh, as I was about 20 at the time. My mom had a good laugh, as well, while she plucked it out for me.
I didn't get another one until well into my 30s, and I have a lot now, but they don't bother me. It just comes with the territory.

Most of the family and relatives all have/had grey hair early in life, so it was conformation that I was in the right family. hehehe
