Absolutely! There is something about a woman with her nape and ears exposed that drives me wild. Other thoughts: short hair doesn't hide the face and shows that a woman is confident in herself, which I also find very sexy.
Of course, like everyone else, I can only speak for me; contrary to popular belief, not all men think alike. For example, I also think women who are curvy and fuller-figured are sexier than their thin counterparts, but that's another issue...
The most important thing, though, is how YOU feel about it.

Women with longer hair appeals to most men. though im not saying women with shorter hair don't ;)

as long as the hairstyle is flattering to the person wearing it, long or short doesn't make much difference...the whole package needs to look together..just one item isn't going to make or break the attraction..
