Love of self is helpful.

Not overego, just simply liking yourself, and accepting yourself for the way you are.

Then you will be ready to improve physically, emotionally, psychologically, and intelligently.

I need to get back into shape so i can feel better about myself. Which means I wouldn't mind having a little more time to do that.
I need a little bit more money just so I can pay off my bills, I'm not talking millions, just a little more.
I need piece of mind every now and then.
i need insanity just to make things interesting.
I need a lot more sleep just to let my mind and body rest.
and hell, for the fun of it, I need more "loving" if you know what i mean, because, who couldn't use more of that?

Well, first you need to know what you want to fix, then you need a plan to fix it, and last the determination to make it work.

Good luck!

Personally, I could use more patience; that's one of my weak points. And my wife reminds me now and then to separate the small stuff from the big stuff.
