how can i convince my mom 2 let me get my belly button pireced??

make a point of saying that it would be done by some one qualified, it's not to dangerous anymore since everything is sterilized and infections aren't likely if it's taken care of.
also mention that if you don't want anyone to see it all you have to do is wear a long shirt.
ask her what the real diference is between that and earrings.
mention that, whether she likes it or not, first impressions are a big part of what people think of when they think of you and that wearing things that are in style is a HUGE part of first impressions
and that any way most people agree that they look good
and if you take out the ring or whatever the piecing is practically undetectable.
