Ectopic pregnancies are usually diagnosed between the 5th and 7 th week of pregnancy. They usually occur when the mother is over the age of 35. Symptoms are bleeding, sharp stabbing pains, dizziness... If you think you have an ectopic pregnancy, go to the ER immediately because it is life threatening.

An ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy that develops outside a woman's uterus (womb). This happens when the fertilized egg from the ovary does not implant itself normally in the uterus. Instead, the egg develops somewhere else in the abdomen. The products of this conception are abnormal and cannot develop into fetuses.

Basically, it means that one of the eggs was fertilized by a sperm and is growing in the fallopian tubes. The sperm got to the egg before it could make it into the ovaries. Unfortunately, the mother could die from this so the embryo is removed and the mother will probably need a D/C to help her body recover.

an etopic pregnancy is where a fertilized egg implants in the fallopian tubes instead of the uterus. its impossible for the mother to carry the child. Doctors can surgically remove the egg or give drugs, often a woman will miscarry on her own with an etopic pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy..... Google it.... it's when the fertilized embryo begins growing within the fallopian tube.... the baby continues growing until the falopian tube ruptures.... unfortunely, they have to terminate the pregnancy.

it is when the egg implants inside of one of your fallopian tubes. it is very dangerous and if this happens the pregnancy must be terminated or you run the risk of death if you let it go. if you think you might have an ectopic pregnancy then get to your doctor immediately.
