Capacitance is measured in Coulombs/volt so:

change the uC into C and divide by the change in voltage.

C = Q/V

Capacitance won't change with voltage much, but it will change by frequency.

Is this a trick question? The capacitance does not change with voltage, does it?

Would not the capacitation be something to consider?
