No. And I believe if anyone want their child separated like that they should enroll them into a private school. When they reach adolesence and adulthood they are going to have to learn to deal with the opposite sex, so it's best that they mingle together despite the differences. And what is separating them going to prove or going to solve? I don't think there is a correlation with children doing better because it's all boys or all girls. I think it will be the same issues, so I don't think it is necessary. I agree with you.

I didn't look at the link: But I'm guessing the reason they want to do this is because they think it will help the boys and girls to focus better on there work instead of boys fantasizing about the girl all day and the girl fantasizing about the boy.

Public School teacher here. We tried that in our school system and it really didnt work that well. Though, it was an all boys school for the trouble making children.

Yes.

It would be a vast improvement for education.

That would return the learning of social behavior between the sexes to venues more under parental and public influence.

I think it's a great idea. The fewer distractions (short skirts, tank tops, long flowy hair) my boys have in class, the easier it will be for them to concentrate on their studies.

No, maybe the country should be separated by sex too. These kids will have to interact with the opposite gender eventually.

i assume its to prevent fraternization but as any catholic school girl will tell you it only creates breeding ground for same sex experimentation.
and besides what category would you put gay people in?
gay people make things so difficult sometimes but they make nice clothes.
