Buy a bigger monitor ;-)

Anyway, do you mean all of the icons and text larger? If so, just right click on an empty space on your Desktop and then click Properties in the menu that pops up. Then go to the Settings tab and use the slider bar to change your Screen Resolution. The lower the numbers, the bigger everything will be.

ok . go to the start menu click on control panel ok.
click appearance and themes ok. click on screen resolution ok.
then settings and you'll see any number * any number.
move the scroll and you set your screen
