Many herbs from China have these impurities, so I'm looking for a store that imports only from "clean" sources.

In order for the herbs to be pesticide free, they're probably going to have to be grown in the US. In China it is impossible to find pesticide free herbs

Find a Licensed Chinese Medicine Practitioner who handles GMP certified products.
GMP products are independently tested for contaminations.
Refer to the answer I provided in your other question to find places to start looking.
Note - you should not take any medicinal product without professional supervision.
