An emphatic YES - we are all different, some women suffer terribly (I totally sympathise) - I was blessed with a fantastic pregnancy - no sickness, only the baby as weight gain, lovely skin - feeling good all the way through - but I did endure a long birth.
Three days after the birth I was blessed with getting back into my prepregnancy clothes.
To top it all, my lad has been a treasure since he was incepted.
And I am no young mum either - at the time of the birth I was pushing forty as well as the baby ;0)

150% normal. So relax fretting will do my harm that good!! Enjoy this time before you know it she may be having dreadful morning sickness. I had none with my first born and am feeling dreadful now carrying my second but not actually throwing up I just feel sick. I didnt even feel like this the first time round. If you are worried about anything at all speak to your midwife or maternity unit at the hospital about ANYTHING they would rather you be safe than sorry dont risk a single thing but the pair of you are very lucky not experiencing morning, afternoon or night sickness
Good luck and congratulations
Remember there is no such thing as normal when you are expecting a baby everything goes mad

You gf is very very lucky that she has no morning sickness or should I say yet. It's not the best feeling in the world. I am 10 wks pregnant and I get morning sickness from morning to night.I don't know if this is true but alot of people said if her mother get morning sickness while she's pregnant than she will take after her mother. Morning sickness doesn't happen to everyone. I had friends who had their baby and yet never had morning sickness....All I can say is those that don't get itis darn lucky.

Yes it is normal some woman get morning sickness and others don´t. I just felt sick the whole day and certain smells made me feel worse even food. Many woman spend most of their days in the first trimester at the toilet, I was lucky I guess only felt sick but never got sick......

On my third (AND FINAL..LOL) pregnancy...had morning sickness with baby number 1, had even worse sickness with baby number two, this time round ....none. Ive been told im lucky and therefore not to worry (im 11 weeks at present) I also read that only over half of pregnant women get morning sickness so that leaves a lot of us who dont....including me and your girlfriend...l. Hope this helps to reassure you!! Goodluck to you both

Lucky girl! Not all pregnant women get morning sickness so it is normal, just unusual.
Tell your gf to make the most of it and enjoy!

Not all women have the same symptoms. It sounds like she's one of the lucky ones. However, my sister had morning sickness in her first trimester and again in her third trimester, so it's possible your girlfriend may get it eventually. It varies among women.
