I want to download data to analyze in SAS or SPSS. So tab or comma delimited data files would work for me too. ".csv" files work as well. Basically any format that SAS or SPSS can open.

I really would prefer historical data that goes second by second. Where can I get such data? Is there a way to get it without having to pay large amounts of money?

1) Yahoo Finance has a button that will provide historical data for stocks and (many) mutual funds on a daily basis.
2) Second by second? Inexpensively?? NO.
