That all depends on what motherboard you have, they can only accept certain video cards (AGP 4x, 8x, PCI Express). Once you figure that out, just search for cards at TigerDirect or someplace like that and find the one you want.

Any video card will work. The issue is what type of graphics applications are you going to be running. If its just word processing and basic websurfing then pretty much a basic inexpensive graphics card should work. If you're gonna be playing the latest and greatest pc games then you'll need a pretty good graphics card ranging anywhere from $200-500.
