sadly i know where they are & no it's not on purpose. I found out by accident. My friends & I were going to Laclede's Landing there by the Arch & Riverfront & saw some of them not too far from the casino while trying to drive around all those stupid one-way streets trying to find a dang parking place. (We're from the suburbs so we didn't know what we were doing LOL!) There were a couple girls standing there on the sidewalk talking to a couple guys parked in a car at the curb. They were in [somewhat] regular clothes but you just knew what was up.
good lord I don't know why I even answered this question. hahaha.

If you cross the river into Sauget, I have heard they are readily available there and along Route 3 in Brooklyn, near all the strip clubs.
