I guess what I have is a little nervous tick. Especially if I am talking to a cute guy I play with my hair pretty much the whole time I am talking to him.

Actually, yes I do tick or twitch when nervous. It's nor Turrets or anything, just a nervous reaction.

No but when i get nervous I tend to move around alot and not look at the person I am talking to.

Not really, but if I get really, really angry (as in just prior to opening a can of Whoopazz), my left eye might twitch just a bit.
