I have been looking at maps but can't see the height. Any ideas?

I'm not familiar with Hoddesdon, but I DO have a program of 1:50000 Ordnance Survey maps that cover the entire UK and can give me the spot height of any point on the map in meters or feet - the only problem being that Hoddesdon seems to be one of those new-fangled "New Towns" that doesn't have any kind of "Town Centre" as such that I can measure from an exact spot.

What I assume passes as the railway station is 29 metres above sea level. Running my mouse cursor over various parts of the town brings up an average of 40-60 meters, the highest point on the western side of town near the A10 main road (at about 62m), the lowest on the eastern side of town near the River Lee which is about 25m above sea level.
