I'm not sure what you are asking about, but I can tell you that if you are attending college in the U.S. there have been cuts in funding for most programs of study, especially arts and humanities. Cuts have also been made in the federal grant a loan budget, so it's contiunally harder to pay for college. It also depends on what concentration you are going into. Currently, many engineers, science, and technology majors are finding very lucrative job options after graduation, whereas those aspiring public service employment find it harder to attain sufficient employment.
