It might be your I.Q. that's below 50. Clinton was elected in 1992 but did not take office until January of 1993. If you're really interested in the facts, go to Wikipedia and type in Clinton Health Plan 1993-94. But of course, you're not interested, this is just another trolling effort.

They didn't kill anyone. The US healthcare system has problems, but there are avenues to obtain timely health care even if you have no money or insurance. The answer is not to put it in the governments hand.
