My friends just filled my room with packing peanuts and i want to do smething back to them, but i can't think of anything that would be cheap, easy, and allowed in a college dorm. Legal too please!

if you can get alot of tin foil wrap evertyhing in there room. individually... it looks hilerious! if you have the time. it is the funnest prank. wrap everyting real good. or put the clear wrap between the toliet seat and the bowl......tinkle tinkle!

Oh God, I hate to tell this one, it's sooooo good. It'll take some planning though. Next time one of your friends is going to wear something white, offer to iron it for her. Do so. When you're done, spray a whole can of Endust on it. Give it to her sweetly. Endust is the stuff that attracts dirt through static electricty. As the day goes on, she's gonna get dirtier, and rattier, and dustier, and she'll be wearing white! Won't know what hit her!

You could change the time on their alarm clock so they get up an hour early - change the actual time, not the alarm so they get up, get a shower, and head off to wherever they need to be.
DO NOT change the clock the other way. Making someone late is not funny.
You could set their Internet homepage to something funny so that the next time they log in, they see a video of something interesting.

I have been given IT!!! whilst she is asleep. Get a bowl and fill it with heat water. Dip her hand in it whilst she is asleep. via doing this it stimulates the physique into peeing. I did it to my brother whilst he develop into asleep it develop right into a classic.

the other peeps in the dorm may not like this but its soooooooooo funny. put everything she owns in the center of the room and light it on fire.

put epoxy glue on everything when they sleep, then when they wake up, its gonna be a sticky mess whatever they touch

put gelatin in the toilet, so when they use the bathroom, they cant flush
