My personal opinion is DON'T!
if your job is stressing you out that bad, find another one! there are so many jobs open, that there is bound to be a great one that you will be happy to be doing!
just be sure not to turn everything into your own personal crisis. the world won't fall apart if you have a struggle at work. and don't take your work home!
keep work and personal life seperate. I won't meetup with co workers outside of work except for things like the company christmas party. when you stare at the same people all day the last thing you need to do is spend more time with them! I love my current job, and the people here are great! but they stay that way because i don't get the chance to get sick of them;)
Never miss a scheduled break, and never work thru lunch. best advise i ever got!

There will always be stress in any line of work. My anwer to that interview question is just give the most to your job by planning it properly in order that everything will run smoothly and stress will be less.

The best thing to do is realize that work is only a part of your life. Then do things that you enjoy outside of work. Make sure you keep everything in perspective. When possible vent to someone you trust. Also, you might try exercise. Daily exercise is a good way to get rid of stress that builds up. Good luck!

Stress usually comes from distractions. I take a moment to assess my current priorities. I evaluate what are my necessary tasks, and what are the distractions. I write down ideas for how to deal with the distractions so I can address them later. Then I can focus on my current task.
