Do you think its right and responsible to call all the troops 'murderers'?

a simple question was asked of someone in politics and government and several ppl decided to maliciously attack the men and women of the military one poster 'butterfly angel' actually calling them 'murderers'. i find this offensive as the majority of ppl in the military are not even on the front lines they are in support positions and helping the community and have never fired a weapon in defense or offense. so many of our troops are bringing aid and comfort to those that previously were their enemies and i know many who are in iraq and have several iraqi friends who are glad we are there and their lives are better for it. they cannot understand the hatred and negative reports here in the u.s. the violence and such happening there is in pockets and done by extremists. what do you think of this person 'butterfly angel' wrongly accusing others of things they haven't done its biased and bigoted.

Thank you for placing the blame where it belongs, on some misguided and hateful individuals, rather than on liberals as some of the answerer's to this question are going to do. There are radicals in both parties that don't have a lick of common sense and others that will swear that what those idiots say is true. You know better so don't let them get to you. Haven't you ever noticed that when the libs disagree with anyone politically they have to hang a brand on them so they can make their point? It takes the place of cool calm deliberance and actual intellectual objective thought. I'm sure these mental midgets were with us even during the revolutionary war. I don't think they are murderers, but its important to remember that some members of the military are 'over enthusiastic'.

For the people in the military it is a career path and a way of life, I feel its quite disgusting that they be thrust into war.

It depends, sometimes they are murderers and sometimes they are not.

If you kill someone who surrendered than you are a murderer, if you kill someone in a battle who is fighting back than you are not a murderer. It depends on the circumstance, because essentially they are just doing there job.

The German troops were killing jews thus is called a holoucaust or murder of jews, so I think the Iraqi holocaust is as well the murder of civilians and childeren . Consequently, US troops are murderers.!!
