I've only tried Clinique... it was able to take off Maybelline XXL Waterproof mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow without irritating my eyes at all.
You can go to the Clinique counter and test it out before you buy.

CLINIQUE TAKE THE DAY OFF *BALM*, all the way!!!!
i wear the exact same stuff as you: waterproof mascara & MAC Fluidline, and it works like a charm! and we have similar skin: mine is suuuper-sensitive and prone to eczema, rashes, bumps, you name it. Clinique's Take the Day off LIQUID actually gave me irritation. but the BALM in the tub is fabulous. and you don't need harsh paper products to use it, which i love. just gently massage in the balm and it totally melts off the makeup, then rinses clean! i love it, and i love the clean feeling afterward, and knowing i didn't hurt my poor delicate eye skin. :D

I use Mary Kay Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover. It is oil-free, safe for sensitive skin, removes waterproof mascara, and is safe for contact lens wearers.

Elf is be conscious of to be a sturdy makeup variety. Its affordable through fact they continuously get new products and attempt to get them into shops so they continually have revenues or fees for older products pass down. I placed on elf make up and that i like it. the only element that may not probable sturdy is the mascara. It dries up incredibly rapid and would not do something particular.

Have you heard of Nicole Miller products....They are the best.
I belong to the company that distribute them because I believe there is nothing better than those and also you have the posibility to make an income from home with the company.
You can just be a customer too, there is nothing better that this maturally based products with no harsh chemicals, they are also less expensive.
Please check my website and ask for more info if you are interested: (You are welcome to call me too, the info is in my website)
