actually there are 2 things to do
for the zx50 locate the cdi box and splice the light green wire to the dark green wire this will over ride your rev limiter
most other kymcos there will be a wire on the cdi box with a male female plug
again green wire, just pull them apart
next in the drive train, it's call the boss drive it has a lip on it, again most kymcos now include a non lipped boss drive
most kymco dealers would have the non lipped boss drive
if not take the lipped drive to a machine shop and have them shave the lip off, in diameter only not in length,
that will bring most kymcos up to about the 45mph mark
want faster next would be the after market pipe... about 55 mph
should mention this works on the 2 stroke versions
in 2006-07 they switched to the 4 strokes and plain and simple they suck

Timbo is right. Jonway is one in each and every of countless low value and nasty chinese language manufacturers. they're based in Lunan Yongyuan business Zone, Luqiao District,Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. i don't know why you concept it became into an Italian moped. chinese language mopeds are no longer constrained, like eastern or ecu ones are. they're in simple terms geared up with very low potential outputs and that they are in simple terms very slow. you won't be able to de-limit something that's no longer constrained in the 1st place, are you able to?

well.. im not 100 % sure.. but, if theres nothing to do with electronic... on ur exaust pipe.. u should have like, a like tube going out.. u should be near the head of the engine, u just need to cut that part and should be done! obviously u have to weil it back like without that part! basicly that just makes the exaust fumes take longer to come out! wich doesnt let ur bike perform as good! sorry for my english!

he's right , change the exhaust and see if there is a part in the carb that is way too small and file it out ( a die grinder works great ) if you make a hole don't worry , patch it with epoxy , that stuff is awesome , welcome to the world of hot rodding , as many racers say "too much is just about enough "
