you can search google.
Type in the show name and look for a fansite. on some of them you can download full length episodes of the show. That's what i do when i miss greys anatomy.

And limewire.
That's always great.

Google.com also features some shows on the videos section.

And youtube.com
But most of the shows on there have crappy quality.
